- Employee are entitled for a paid day off on national public holidays. If he / she work on that day, employer requires to paying overtime pay and provides another day off holiday
- Holidays are observed on their calendar date. If holiday falls on Weekend, then the holiday will not move to a weekday
- Religious based holiday date change every year because it calculated based on the lunar cycle
